1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to MakanPass. These Terms govern your use of our website and of the MakanPass guest reception service for weddings and occasions (the "Service"). By using the site or reserving any package, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, kindly refrain from using the site or the Service.

2. The Service

MakanPass provides refined guest reception management which, depending on the chosen package, includes: sealed and encrypted personal invitations, reception stations with a professional crew, live attendance recording, exit and return tracking, a belongings desk, and attendance reports delivered to the family over WhatsApp. The scope of the Service is limited to what is described in the reserved package and to what is agreed in writing.

3. Accounts

When creating an account, you undertake to provide accurate and current information, to keep your sign-in credentials confidential, and confirm that you are at least eighteen years of age. Activity under your account is your responsibility, and MakanPass reserves the right to suspend any account that abuses the Service or violates these Terms.

4. Reservations & Payment

Reservation requests are placed through the site or over WhatsApp. A reservation is confirmed once we have verified the availability of your date and — where online payment is available — payment is completed. All prices are in Saudi Riyals and are one-time service prices; there are no subscriptions. Later changes to package prices never affect confirmed reservations — the price agreed at reservation is the binding price.

5. Client Obligations

So the Service may be delivered at its finest, the client undertakes to:

• Provide an accurate and complete guest list sufficiently ahead of the event, at an agreed time.
• Coordinate with the venue so our crew may access and operate at the entrance.
• Designate a family contact through whom reports are received and night-of decisions are made.

6. Guest Data & Privacy

We treat your guest lists as a trust. Guest data is used solely to operate your occasion, is handled in complete confidence, and is never sold or shared with any third party beyond delivering the Service. Attendance reports are sent to the contact you designate. You may request the deletion of your event's data after the occasion by written request, and we will delete it within a reasonable period.

7. Acceptable Use

It is prohibited to use the site or the Service for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to tamper with or imitate the sealed invitation system, to interfere with the operation of the site, or to attempt unauthorised access to our systems or to the data of others.

8. Intellectual Property

The site, the MakanPass system, its designs and its mark are the reserved property of MakanPass. Invitation designs are provided for your personal use at your occasion only, and the system or any part of it may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

9. Limits of Liability

We perform our Service with professional care; however, our responsibility is limited to managing guest reception at the entrance according to the reserved package. We do not act as the venue's general security and bear no responsibility for matters beyond this scope. In all cases, our total liability towards the client shall not exceed the amount paid for the package — without prejudice to any rights that applicable law does not permit to be limited.

10. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

11. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time; the date of the latest update appears at the top of this page. Continued use of the site or the Service after an amendment constitutes acceptance of it. Confirmed reservations remain under the terms in force at the time of their confirmation.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent judicial authorities of the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
