Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope of this Policy
This policy applies to all confirmed MakanPass package reservations. It is written to be entirely fair: our clients' peace of mind is precious to us, while our crew and preparations carry costs that are committed early for the sake of your night.
2. Cancellation by the Client
Refunds are calculated according to the time remaining before the wedding when the cancellation request is received:

| Fewer than 7 days before the wedding | No refund |
If invitation printing has already been completed at the time of cancellation, printing costs may be deducted from any refunded amount.
3. Changing the Date
We will gladly move your reservation to a new date once, free of any charge, provided your request reaches us 14 days or more before the original date and subject to availability. Requests after that point are accommodated where availability allows and may carry a fee agreed in advance.
4. Cancellation by MakanPass
In the rare event that we must cancel, or our crew is unable to perform the Service for a reason attributable to us, you receive a full refund of the entire amount paid — together with our sincere apology.
5. Force Majeure
Should circumstances beyond both parties' control — such as natural disasters or general official decisions — prevent the wedding or the Service, we will work with you graciously to move the date at no charge, or to refund the amounts for the parts of the Service not delivered.
6. Refund Method & Timing
Amounts are returned by the original payment method, and typically arrive within 5 to 14 business days of the request's approval, depending on banks and payment providers.
7. Requesting a Cancellation or Refund
Requests are made over WhatsApp or through the site's reservation channels, stating your name and the wedding date. We confirm receipt and resolve the request within two business days at most.
8. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy diminishes any right guaranteed to you under the e-commerce and consumer protection laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
